The Centre d'écoute et de référence Halte Ami (CERHA) is a community organization that offers services related to psychosocial assistance and the integration of newcomers, among others. Through anonymous, confidential, free and face-to-face or telephone active listening, the center promotes the development of dynamic resources in people to enable them to cope with their difficulties. The center also offers referrals according to the needs of its callers. In integration, the center offers conversation workshops in French, thematic workshops and language pairings. The clientele served by this organization concerns anyone who is going through difficult times and who would like to have an attentive ear. Among the territories served, we find the Montreal region as well as the surrounding area.
