Le Temps d'une pause contributes to improving the quality of life of the elderly, including those with Alzheimer's or related diseases, as well as that of their loved ones by applying the adapted MONTESSORI approach. The clientele served by this organization concerns people affected by a moderate to severe neurodegenerative disease such as Parkinson's, Alzheimer's disease and related diseases, their caregivers. Among the territories served, there are several neighborhoods: Ahuntsic (east of boul. St-Laurent), Anjou, Le Plateau-Mont-Royal (east of boul. St-Laurent), Centre-Sud (east of boul. St-Laurent), Laurent) (Ville-Marie), Mercier-Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, Montreal-East, Montreal-North, Rivière-des-Prairies-Pointe-aux-Trembles, Rosemont-La Petite-Patrie, Saint-Léonard and Villeray-Saint-Michel.
