Société Alzheimer Brome-Missisquoi et Haute-Yamaska's mission is to alleviate the personal and social consequences of Alzheimer's disease and other neurocognitive disorders in the person affected and their loved ones in addition to encouraging biomedical and psychosocial research, while protecting the rights of patients. The clientele served by this organization are people living with neurocognitive disorders and their caregivers. Among the territories served, we find the MRC of Haute-Yamaska ​​and the MRC of Brome-Missisquoi as well as the municipalities of Saint-Paul d'Abbotsford, Ange-Gardien and Sainte-Brigide-d'Iberville.
