Return to the list's mission is to prevent suicide through digital technologies. It informs and helps people with suicidal thoughts and behaviors, those who are worried about a loved one or who are bereaved by suicide, as well as workers who work with vulnerable clienteles. It is always possible to speak to a worker through the Quebec Suicide Prevention Line, to chat or communicate by text message with a worker. These services are free, confidential and available 24/7. The clientele served concerns anyone with suicidal thoughts, any loved one who wants to be equipped, any worker who wants to be accompanied, anyone experiencing bereavement by suicide. The territories served include the entire province of Quebec.
