The Société de transport du Saguenay offers a door-to-door collective paratransit service. To be eligible for adapted transportation, the person must meet the following two requirements: be a disabled person, that is to say a person with an impairment leading to significant and persistent incapacity and who is subject to encountering obstacles in the carrying out everyday activities and having, in terms of mobility, limitations justifying the use of an adapted transport service.
